TOWN OF POLK — Cedar Springs Ranch, 3128 Slinger Road, announced recently that it will be holding its second annual Ranch Day Fundraiser from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Support for Therapeutic Programs
The fundraiser supports therapeutic horsemanship programs and other animal-assisted services that benefit participants with disabilities, which include constructing a new outdoor arena.
Mission and Impact
Executive Director Kelly Balsewicz emphasized that the mission focuses on improving overall life quality and self-esteem through various inclusive activities while aspiring to serve individuals regardless of their physical or emotional requirements.
Activities and Event Details
During the event, a variety of activities will be available including trail walks, horse rides, face painting, live music, and a silent auction. There will also be food and beverages offered throughout the day.
