The Southern Hills Athletic Conference recognized the 2024 SHAC Boys Cross-Country Coach of the Year and Player of the Year at the fall sports banquet Sunday, Oct. 28.
Recognition at Fall Sports Banquet
Both Todd Faust, the head coach of Lynchburg-Clay, and Landen Eyre, a senior from Whiteoak, were recognized for their achievements in cross-country during the banquet held on October 28, 2024.
Coach of the Year and Player of the Year
Todd Faust was awarded Coach of the Year for leading the Mustangs to the SHAC title, while Landen Eyre achieved the title of Runner of the Year for winning the SHAC meet for the fourth consecutive time.

This year, Eyre's performance adds to an impressive streak as he captures his fourth straight Runner of the Year award, demonstrating his consistent excellence in the sport.
