Legal Troubles
After his rookie season, Davis faced legal issues for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend, although the charges were later dropped and he was never suspended by the NBA.
Trade to Sacramento
Following the legal troubles, Davis was traded to the Sacramento Kings for a second-round pick and played parts of three seasons there.
Recent Developments
Davis joined the Rip City Remix of the G League in December 2023, where he averaged 15.3 points across seven games. He has expressed a desire to return to the NBA, rejecting offers to play in Europe.
