Customer engagement platform company Braze Inc. today announced a new pair of agentic artificial intelligence tools for marketers and launched a new Creative Studio that links design software directly to live campaigns, alongside adding EU hosting for its Decisioning Studio.
Braze Inc., a prominent customer engagement platform provider, has introduced two innovative agentic artificial intelligence tools aimed at marketers: BrazeAI Operator and BrazeAI Agent Console. The BrazeAI Operator is designed as an in-dashboard assistant, empowering marketers to efficiently build campaigns, develop custom agents, generate engaging content, and troubleshoot complex workflows, thereby significantly reducing the reliance on technical teams for executing sophisticated messaging strategies.
Further enhancing its AI capabilities, the BrazeAI Agent Console offers a centralized environment for marketers to create, manage, and deploy AI agents. These agents are capable of generating various types of content, interpreting detailed customer data, and dynamically adapting marketing campaigns in real-time. This capability allows brands to respond to evolving customer signals instantly, moving beyond rigid, pre-set rules to deliver more personalized and timely customer experiences.
Braze has reported notable successes with its new AI tools. For instance, Cleo Labs Inc., a family care platform, re-engineered its welcome experience using the BrazeAI Operator, leading to an impressive 81% reduction in unsubscribes, a 97% decrease in opt-outs on the first email, a 284% surge in app opens, and a 124% increase in push notification engagement. Similarly, the American Diabetes Association successfully utilized Operator to transition its e-commerce messaging from a singular send approach to a more effective, multi-step customer journey.
In conjunction with its AI innovations, Braze has also unveiled the Creative Studio. This new offering streamlines creative workflows for marketers by integrating robust asset management, customizable templates, and brand guidelines. It also features direct integrations with popular design software like Figma Inc. and Canva Pty. Ltd., enabling marketers to seamlessly import creative assets and full email templates into the Braze platform while preserving their original design fidelity.
Addressing critical data privacy and regulatory concerns, particularly within Europe, Braze announced that its real-time decisioning engine, BrazeAI Decisioning Studio, can now be hosted in the European Union on Google Cloud. This significant update ensures that customer data processed by the Decisioning Studio remains within the EU, which is vital for brands operating under stringent data protection regulations such as GDPR and other sector-specific rules in areas like financial services, healthcare, and public sectors. This deployment guarantees the same high level of real-time decisioning features without any compromise on latency or functionality.
