Similarly, Musashi Seimitsu employs robot arms with AI to quickly spot flaws in gears. These systems operate efficiently on localized GPUs (5-10 kW) within factories, demonstrating a practical, edge-AI approach that contrasts sharply with the high-power, centralized computing infrastructure Japan is currently pursuing, indicating a fundamental misunderstanding of its true AI competitive advantage.
