New modular apps The update introduces four free modular Apps: AI Agents for workspace automation, Forms for data collection and analysis, Files for centralized document storage with access controls, and Rooms for secure collaboration, including Virtual Data Rooms. These apps extend ONLYOFFICE Docs and are available by default in the cloud or can be installed with a single command on servers. Editor enhancements The PDF Editor now includes metadata removal, customizable annotations, automatic table recognition, and reusable signatures. The Document Editor features real-time cursor following for co-authors, a 'Keep with next' functionality to keep related content together, and improved RTL support. Spreadsheets offer faster performance with optimized functions, formula hints, and an animated copy marquee. Presentations gain new view modes, extended print settings, and GIF or video export options for slides. Users can also work with .ofd files, save spreadsheets as .xls, convert SVGs to editable shapes, and add Data Tables to charts, with new plugins available in a redesigned Plugin Manager.
