RentalReady has launched artificial intelligence capabilities designed to help short-term rental property managers access data.
Highlights
RentalReady has launched a Model Context Protocol server that allows AI assistants such as Claude to connect directly to live property management data. The company has expanded Maia Insights, enabling short-term rental operators to analyse reservations, occupancy, guest issues and property performance using natural language queries. Rather than relying on spreadsheet exports, RentalReady’s new platform features provide direct access to operational data, tasks, reviews and financial information. François Lavie, chief technology officer at RentalReady, said the technology gives AI assistants access to real-time operational context while maintaining user control. RentalReady supports more than 10,000 properties worldwide and serves short-term rental operators managing portfolios ranging from five to 2,000 properties.
