New AI features offer coaching tips, lead nurturing and client conversation management. Plus, 5 more Realtor associations partner with Tether RE.
Shilo, an AI conversation analysis platform, has launched 'Signals,' a new feature that analyzes agents' call recordings to generate personality insights and coaching recommendations. Signals creates DISC-style behavioral profiles based on real conversation patterns, identifying motivators, fears, conflict styles, and communication tendencies. Each insight is linked to specific calls with a confidence score for transparency. This tool aims to standardize coaching across real estate teams by continuously updating profiles and offering tailored suggestions based on observed communication. The system is trained on over 21 years of aggregated talk time from more than 7,000 agents and 3 million calls. Shilo Co-founder and CEO Justin Benson emphasized the transparency of the confidence scores and cited evidence. Signals is available to existing Shilo customers at no extra cost.
Lofty has introduced 'Homeowner Agent,' a new feature within its agentic AI operating system designed to identify and nurture seller leads from agents' existing databases. This tool monitors CRM contacts, analyzes signals indicating selling intent, and automatically delivers personalized property and market insights. It leverages data on home value, equity, and local activity to engage contacts and surface potential listing opportunities without requiring manual outreach from agents. Homeowner Agent also categorizes leads based on their likelihood to sell and adapts its outreach strategy according to consumers' behavioral signals, such as engagement with listings or valuation requests. If a homeowner takes action, the system can transition the lead to a 'Hand-Off' stage, pausing automated messages. Andrew Wild, Lofty's VP of Growth, stated that Homeowner Agent extends the power of their Agentic AI Operating System by providing agents with an autonomous pipeline builder that consistently works their database to secure seller listings.
Rechat has introduced 'AI Memo,' a conversation intelligence tool that captures, transcribes, and structures client discussions, while also providing agents with coaching insights. This feature is now available to all Rechat customers without additional cost. AI Memo enables agents to record meetings or dictate voice notes post-conversation, which are then converted into summaries, key takeaways, and suggested next steps, along with coaching guidance from Rechat's AI assistant, Lucy. The notes are automatically linked to relevant contacts, deals, and marketing records within Rechat, thereby reducing manual data entry. The product is designed to help agents with recall and follow-through, especially when managing numerous client interactions. Audie Chamberlain, Rechat's VP of Strategic Growth and Communications, highlighted that successful agents use effective systems, and AI Memo serves as that system, making every conversation recordable once activated.
Tether RE, a real estate safety platform, expanded into five new Realtor association markets during the first quarter of the year, reflecting an increased industry focus on agent well-being. The new partner associations include the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors (GPAR), Pike/Wayne Association of Realtors (PWAR), Prince George’s County Association of Realtors (PGCAR), Western Magic Valley Realtors (WMVR), and Enchanted Circle Association of Realtors (ECAR). All five associations are offering Tether RE's platform as a member benefit. Tether RE provides comprehensive tools such as identity verification, live monitoring, and real-time emergency response to support agents during activities like open houses and property showings. The platform seamlessly integrates with existing agent workflows to encourage adoption and ensure compliance with safety and privacy considerations. Scott Martin, Tether RE Co-founder and CEO, noted that associations are investing more significantly in member safety, focusing on a balance between Realtor safety, consumer privacy rights, Fair Housing compliance, and layered protection for agents in vulnerable situations.
