This amendment, which became effective on June 15, 2026, introduces a requirement for all legal professionals and individuals representing themselves to formally certify that all legal authorities referenced in their submitted filings are accurate. The Court has extended an open invitation to all interested parties to submit their comments and feedback on these amendments. The deadline for filing comments is August 11, 2026. For attorneys who are in good standing with The Florida Bar, electronic submission of comments is facilitated through the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal. Individuals who are unable to submit their comments electronically are required to either mail or hand-deliver their originally signed comments to the Florida Supreme Court, Office of the Clerk, located at 500 S.
