In July 2025, Ingole joined Amla Commerce in Milwaukee as a project manager, where he leads AI-driven digital transformation for B2B e-commerce clients. His primary focus is developing AI tools, including AI-enabled chatbots, that assist manufacturers in setting up and managing extensive product catalogs on e-commerce platforms. This process, traditionally manual, tedious, and error-prone, can take months. Ingole's AI agent aims to streamline this to just two weeks. He also leverages AI agents for his internal tasks, such as automating weekly status reports that historically consumed 10-12 hours of a project manager's time. This automation allows him and his colleagues to dedicate more time to complex, strategic thinking.
For nearly a decade, Ingole has dedicated his free time to independent research in data analytics and AI for healthcare, authoring over 40 peer-reviewed papers available in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. He holds six patents in the UK and India, including an AI-powered wearable device for health monitoring and an AI-based breast cancer detection tool. He believes in the critical role of data and AI in improving medical diagnoses and is working on a brain-computer interface to assist paralyzed, nonverbal patients in controlling their environment. Ingole emphasizes that the rigorous academic scrutiny involved in publishing research has been instrumental in refining his methodology and strengthening his project management and inventor skills.
Ingole joined IEEE in 2022, finding it a cornerstone of his research and professional identity. He frequently uses the IEEE Member Directory, leveraging his IEEE email address for credible research connections. The organization provides him a platform to contribute beyond his own papers, having served as a conference session chair, keynote speaker, technical program committee member, and peer reviewer.
