Customers will be able to analyse fleet data using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini.
Trackunit is set to unveil groundbreaking features for its IrisX platform at the International Rental Exhibition (IRE), revolutionizing fleet management for rental companies. This update will integrate advanced AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot, enabling users to analyze, question, and act on comprehensive fleet data through natural language commands. The core of this integration is the Trackunit MCP Server, which bridges IrisX with these AI assistants, eliminating the need for complex custom integrations and streamlining decision-making for construction and rental professionals.
This launch marks a significant evolution for Trackunit's IrisX, moving beyond mere data collection to deeply embedded AI intelligence. A conversational AI assistant is slated for release later in the summer, further enhancing user interaction. According to Laerke Ullerup, CMO at Trackunit, the goal is to transform vast machine data into immediate, actionable insights, drastically cutting down the time and effort traditionally required for data analysis. Additionally, Trackunit will introduce new IrisX Blueprints via its Marketplace, providing modular solutions for critical operational challenges like automated maintenance (Smart Servicing), detection of out-of-contract usage for revenue recovery, custom reporting, site optimization, and data-driven product design based on actual machine usage patterns. Live demonstrations of these AI capabilities will be available at IRE in Maastricht.
